The term «Evidence-based medicine» and the rules of its use in practice have been known for more than 30 years. However, view development Internet social media, this word combination has recently come to mean a marketing direction. At same time, such statements are often not consistent with current clinical using evidence-based medicine. main reason is low awareness basic concepts, advantages disadvantages among medical community.
